Air Traffic and Airspace Management Roadmap

The Air Traffic and Airspace Management program prepares students for an airspace that will be busier than ever. This program readies students for careers in air traffic control, aircraft dispatch, advanced air mobility and urban air mobility planning. Undergraduate students majoring in computer science, aerospace engineering, fashion design and neuroscience were among the fellows who presented the research they conducted while in the 9th annual Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) at Kent State University.On Oct. 21-22, the 178 students who conducted research under the direction of faculty mentors had to condense eight weeks of research down to three minutes and a slide.
