The expression of gratitude doesn鈥檛 just feel good, it has a profound effect on health, happiness, and your overall well-being. In addition to tracking your daily physical activity, the Wellable Gratitude challenge allows you to flex your gratitude muscles by incorporating gratefulness into your everyday life. By completing unique and creative gratitude exercises, you will learn how to cultivate and engage in gratitude during the challenge and beyond.
Please note this challenge incorporates physical activity tracking as well as gratitude activities. Active participants will be eligible for random prize鈥痙rawings throughout the challenge.
This challenge is open to all full- and part-time staff and faculty. Those participating in the wellness rewards program can earn 20 points toward Tier 2. by March 28.
