Porthouse Theatre, Kent State University’s outdoor, summer theatre located on the grounds of Blossom Music Center, concludes its 48th season with “Footloose.”

The 2016 Piano Institute, in association with the Piano Division of the Hugh A. Glauser School of Music at Kent State University, will present a series of master classes and recitals from July 19-26 on the university’s campus and culminate with the July 26 gala concert at Severance Hall’s Reinberger Chamber Hall in Cleveland. 

Collaboration with Columbus’ CATCO brings the music of a legend to the Porthouse stage. 

The Kent State University at Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center 2016-17 season will feature 21 diverse and high-quality performances, including comedy, dance, Broadway shows and additional concerts.
