IN A FLASH: Celebrating the Lunar New Year

Lunar New Year Celebration

“Gung Hay Fat Choy” is a traditional Chinese greeting wishing prosperity for the coming year. Chef Lianna Woll from University Culinary Services served up a special menu at Eastway Center’s Culinary Creations station to celebrate the Lunar New Year on Jan. 29. Years are represented by a symbolic animal, with 2025 being The Year of the Snake.
